Story Dogs is a Literacy Program that makes reading fun for children.
Research has shown that when children read to a dog the outcomes are amazing!
The children overcome their fear for reading and relax with the calm friendly dog. The childs focus improves, their literacy skills increase and therefore their confidence soars.
Julie and Maze are now attending Buderim Mountain State School on a Friday morning and love reading with the Grade 2 children on the Program.
