Julie has been an absolute blessing to not only my child’s life but my life. She has been there for me since my child was born as the most amazing, trustworthy, confident and reliable support I could possibly ask for. Julie has extremely helpful resources at her fingertips to help get you going in the right direction.

As a Clinical Nurse Consultant working for a community based, perinatal mental health service I work collaboratively with Community Child Health Nurses. As such I have had the pleasure to work with Julie Thomas on and off since 2010. During this time, we have co-facilitated the ‘together in mind’ program for women and their children. This program runs over 6 weeks, covering information, skills, and strategies in support of a family’s emotional, physical, and developmental wellbeing.
